This sculptural tile piece was inspired by headdresses of the Aztec warriors. The combination of, roses and feathers and lace create a work full of texture. The composition includes of a sculpted face, lace imprinted tiles, cared feathers and handmade roses.  This piece is currently on display at SOMA Arts Center.
